ONLINE Paper Dress Workshop

£65.00

This online Paper Dress workshop will take place live on Zoom. In this session Jennifer will demonstrate paper pleating, covered binding, button loops, pockets, collars and patchworking papers to create the 'fabric' for your dress. She will then go onto showing you how to put these together and construct your garment. Materials are not provided for this workshop, but all essential materials should be things that you can very easily find.

She will also show embellishment ideas to continue on to using the items from the optional materials list. Please be aware that you need to have a sewing machine to complete the dress within this session- It is possible to make the dress using hand stitch, but not within this time scale. In this online workshop you will make a paper dress from found and recycled papers that is 25 x 18 cm (9.5 x 7") approx.

You will have the choice to work alongside Jennifer throughout the session or watch her demonstrations but work away from the screen. There will be a half an hour break halfway through the workshop.
